This position is responsible for the timely patient flow of the clinic in a pleasant, professional manner. Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to manage patient enrollment, appointment scheduling, and follow-up care.
  • Verify patient information including insurance, contact details, and eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charting within electronic medical records.
  • Communicate regularly with providers, care teams, and patients.
  • Support provider credentialing and referral management processes.
  • Review and manage daily schedules; notify patients of changes per protocols.
  • Gathers data for patient registration obtains consent for treatment, insurance and identification cards and files all documentation in medical record.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Responds to Care Team needs; process authorizations and referrals.
  • Communicates with team members and follows directions of Greeter and Facilitator specific to patient process.
Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures.
